CONTINUING EDUCATION REQUIREMENT FOR APPRAISERS:: 

Fifteen (15) hours are required to be taken and documented every year prior to your birth date. Students are responsible for documenting the course completions as audits are done randomly. Students are required to complete the Seven (7) hour USPAP update course once every two (2) years from the previous license renewal  The license renewal fee is $250

INSTRUCTOR SUPPORT:

Once the you register for the course you will receive an email confirmation for your records and within 24 hours the instructor will personally email you so you have a contact during the course.
